At Restoration House Ministries, we believe that every child deserves to walk with confidence, dignity, and hope. Our Shoes for Youth Program was created to ensure that children and teenagers from low-income and homeless families never have to go without one of life’s most basic essentials, a good pair of shoes.
Too often, families struggling with financial hardship must choose between buying food, paying rent, or meeting other urgent needs. In these moments, something as simple as a new pair of shoes can seem out of reach. Yet, for a child, a pair of shoes means so much more than comfort, it means confidence, belonging, and readiness to take the next step forward in life.
Empowering the Next Generation
Our Shoes for Youth initiative provides brand-new shoes to children of all ages, from toddlers to high school students. Each distribution event is filled with love, laughter, and encouragement as volunteers help children find the perfect fit, not just for their feet, but for their journey.
We believe that by meeting this simple need, we are helping young people walk toward brighter futures. A child who feels cared for and equipped is a child who can show up at school ready to learn, play, and dream without the burden of insecurity or embarrassment.

Each shoe giveaway is more than a community event, it’s an opportunity to share God’s love through action. Families receive prayer, encouragement, and access to additional resources such as clothing, school supplies, and food support.
